Heritage Cove is a community off of McGregor Blvd in Ft. Myers. A top floor unit suffered a problem with the fire sprinkler system causing the water damage to her unit and the three units below her.

The call came in on a weekday in the afternoon and H2o Dryout’s Emergency Response Team was on site within 30 minutes of receiving the phone call. The plan was explained to all the unit owners involved and the water removal and dry out process was underway. Our Certified Techs inspected and monitored the drying process and after a few days all the drying equipment was removed.
